Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, from our warehouse in the US. We're working on shipping to more countries, with all duties and taxes included in the price.
Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $5, free on orders of $50 or more.
- Subscriptions: every subscription delivery ships free.
The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive 3–7 business days after shipping. These are estimates from our carriers and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if anything needs to change. Once an order has shipped we can't change the address.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us through our contact page and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
