1. About these terms

These terms apply to every purchase from nurivalife.com, operated by Nuriva ("we", "us"). Our company details are listed in our contact information. By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our refund policy, shipping policy, subscription policy and privacy policy.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. Our supplements are intended for adults.

3. Our products and your health

Our products are dietary supplements and cosmetics, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and statements on our website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The information on our website is general and is not medical advice. Read the label and warnings before use, don't exceed the recommended dose, and talk to your doctor before using supplements if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.

4. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in your selected currency and include the product price only; shipping is shown at checkout and import duties or taxes may apply (see our shipping policy). Your order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable or a price was clearly shown in error.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, as explained in our subscription policy. You can skip, pause or cancel anytime from your account.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are described in our shipping policy and refund policy, including our 30-day satisfaction guarantee and, for customers in the EU and UK, the 14-day right of withdrawal.

8. Discount codes

Discount codes are valid for the period and conditions stated, can't be exchanged for cash and, unless stated otherwise, can't be combined with other offers.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Nuriva or its licensors and may not be used without our permission.

10. Liability

We are responsible for delivering products that match their description. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
