How Subscribe & save works

When you choose Subscribe & save, you pay for your first delivery at checkout. After that, your subscription renews automatically every 1, 2 or 3 months (the frequency you chose), and we charge your saved payment method on each renewal date at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel.

• Every delivery is discounted compared with a one-time purchase, at the percentage shown on the product page.
• Every subscription delivery ships free.
• There is no minimum number of deliveries and no cancellation fee.

Manage or cancel your subscription

Sign in to your account at nurivalife.com/account and open your subscriptions. There you can skip a delivery, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time. You can also ask us to do it for you through our contact page.

Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. A cancellation applies to all future deliveries; orders that have already been charged and shipped are covered by our refund policy.

Price changes

If the price of your subscription changes, we'll email you at least 14 days before the new price applies, so you can cancel first if you prefer.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we'll try again and email you so you can update your payment method. If payment keeps failing, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
